can the order be delivered to the fourth floor
The delivery service brings the parcel directly to your apartment door, regardless of the floor. Even with cash on delivery, you can pay the amount directly at your apartment door.
which payment methods are available
You can pay for your order by advance bank transfer or conveniently in cash upon delivery. We currently do not offer other payment methods.
how does the return process work
You can return unused items in their sealed original packaging within 30 days to our address in Mannheim. You cover the return shipping costs, unless the goods are defective.
is a proper invoice issued
A printed invoice with itemized VAT is included inside the parcel with every delivery. Upon request, we can also send you the invoice as a PDF document by email.
