The subject of the contract is the sale of packaged dietary supplements, micronutrient combinations, vitamin preparations, and botanical extracts to supplement the daily diet and promote general well-being in the field of sensory vitality. Composition, recommended dosage, and pack sizes are listed with each item. Photos serve as a guide; the actual box or container may vary slightly in appearance.

An order is considered placed upon completion of the checkout process. We confirm receipt by email; the contract becomes binding upon handover to the parcel delivery service. If a product is out of stock or address details are incorrect, we reserve the right to reject the order. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.

All amounts are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT. Applicable shipping charges are displayed in the checkout area prior to payment. The following payment methods are accepted: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of obvious typographical errors in pricing, we reserve the right to correct them before packing, giving you the choice between confirmation or cancellation.

All details regarding shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and shipping costs are compiled on the "Delivery & Payment" page. The risk of transit transfers to you the moment the shipment is handed over to you.

Our images show the actual products from our range. Due to screen settings, different browsers, or lighting conditions, color shades may vary; such minor differences do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a free return or refund. Information on ingredients, dimensions, and pack sizes is provided directly with the respective item.

While the package is in transit, we remain responsible until it is handed over to you or an authorized person at your address. After that, the risk of damage or loss rests with you. Please have the courier acknowledge externally visible damage immediately and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns of unused goods in their original packaging are possible within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the instructions on our returns page. Statutory warranty rights under German law apply. In the event of justified defects in the original packaging or substance, the purchaser is entitled to supplementary performance in the form of replacement delivery or rectification in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB).

• Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or tailored to personal requirements.
• Perishable goods or products whose best-before date has passed.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
• Sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

Liability for breaches of duty caused by slight negligence is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, or guarantees are affected. In cases of simple negligence, the obligation to pay compensation is limited to the foreseeable, contractually typical damage or to the total value of the affected order. Mandatory statutory liability claims remain fully unaffected by these provisions.

Orders require a minimum age of 18 years. Please use our dietary supplements strictly according to the package instructions; they never replace an expert examination by a physician.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations of the EU member state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, the court at our registered office will decide, provided mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence do not dictate otherwise.
